    • Please WhatsApp us immediately to let us know any modifications.  ​

  4. What is the procedure regarding reservation modifications or cancellations?

    • Our policy requires notification 4 hours prior to pickup to avoid a cancellation fee. Full terms are provided with your confirmation. ​

  5. Can we establish a dedicated corporate account for streamlined booking?

    • Yes. We offer bespoke corporate accounts featuring preferential rates and consolidated monthly invoicing. ​

    • Our luxury Minibus comfortably accommodates up to thirteen passengers, plus the chauffeur. ​

  4. Is there a minimum duration required for hourly chauffeur hire?

    • Yes, our minimum booking requirement for hourly service is 3 consecutive hours. ​

 

Onboard Experience & Policy

  1. Is the vehicle environment suitable for conducting business calls and focused work?

    • Absolutely. Our cabins offer a private, quiet, power-enabled environment, ideal for focused work or rest. ​​

  2. What are the guidelines regarding refreshments or catering in the vehicle?

    • While we do not provide catering, we offer bottled mineral water for all customers. You may bring your own light, non-alcoholic refreshments as well. ​

  3. What is your policy regarding smoking in the limousine?

    • For the comfort for all clients, smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. ​

  4. Do you offer certified child safety seats for family travel?

    • Yes, we provide certified child, toddler and boost seats upon advance request. ​

 

Chauffeur & Reliability

  1. What are the professional standards for your chauffeurs?

    • Our chauffeurs meet the highest standards in discretion, advanced driving and world-class client etiquette. ​

    • Furthermore, we guarantee complete compliance: All vehicles are fully insured for commercial operation, and every chauffeur holds the mandatory Singapore PDVL (Private Driving License) to operate legally and professionally.

  2. Is my flight arrival tracked to ensure a punctual pickup?
